Elina Samantray Biography
       Elina Samantaray is an Ollywood actress and model. She was born on 23 June 1996 in Cuttak. Now she is residing in Bhubaneswar. She completed her schooling in Delhi public school(DPS), Rourkela. She got graduate from Utkal University and perusing her masters in Ravenshaw Unversity. She has two siblings. She knows Odia, Bengali, Hindi and English. Her hobby is gossiping.
        She got chance in Ollywood by television reality show "Kia Haba Mo Heroin" ,which was broadcasted on Tarang TV . She started her career after winning the 1st season of this show. Without any hurdle or hardship she directly started her career in Ollywood by movie "Ishq Tu Hi Tu". Her next two releases were "Kehi Nuhe Kahara" and "Jaga Hatare Pagha" In 2016 she appeared in "Love Station" alongside Babushan. Later in the same year she appeared in "Jhia Ta Bigidi Gala". In 2017, she worked with Ollywood super star Anubhav Mohanty in "Abhaya" and "Kabula Barabula". Her next film "Happy Lucky" released on 14 January 2018. She will appear in the film "Tokata Fasigala", in which she will be playing the lead role along with Sabyasachi Mishra. The movie is an Odia-Bengali bilangual movie. She will be also appear in the Odia comedy film "4 Idiots" alongside Sabyasachi Mishra. in spite of this she has two more movies in her hand in pending.
       In the promotion of " Abhay" she caught in a controversy after giving her opinion in a prank question-answer round in one TV reality show. She gave answer that she would like to marry Anubav Mohanty, who was in the lead role against her in that movie and already married to actress Barsha Priyadarshini. After this controversy she got so much public attention and got many movie offers. 
        According to her, she is a great fan of Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan. She follows Kareena Kapoor's acting and tries to do like that in her movies. Some audience have issue with her role by stating her performance as over acting. But still is happy with her acting and performance and she has no issue with what negative opinion audience are giving to her acting. She is getting mix reaction from audience. Some are also liking her character in movies very much.

       She got best debut award for her movie "Ishq Tu Ti Tu" from Tarang cine awards 2017. "Best actress" award for "Love Station" from Odisha film producer's association. "Best actress" award for movie "Abhay" in Odia filmfare awards and "Star performer of the year" award for movie "Abhay" from Tarang cine Awards 2018. These are all her achievements.
